Raising chickens in quarantine has been great for the entire family.

An avid ice hockey fan, Erin and her husband have enjoyed many Los Angeles Kings games, which they look forward to attending once the NHL declares it is safe for the league to end their pause due to COVID-19. In the meantime, Erin is learning to bake and is raising chickens at home with her daughter Henley who enjoys the warm bread and chicks. A native California girl, Erin and her family spend a lot of time outside in her hometown of Solvang, just north of Santa Barbara. She also stays active on her Peloton bike when her husband, a firefighter and essential worker during these times, is helping to keep people safe.

Baking bread is a new favorite pastime for Erin to share with her family.
